These terms summarize the service rules for Northpath. Apps downloaded through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Apple Standard EULA
Northpath currently uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for the iOS app. If these terms conflict with Apple's required App Store terms, Apple's terms control for your App Store download and purchases.
Subscriptions and Credits
Northpath may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable Cloud AI credits through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, renewal periods, trials, and cancellation options are shown by Apple before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Cloud AI
Northpath uses on-device AI where available and a signed-in Cloud AI fallback when local AI is unavailable. Cloud AI availability, quotas, and credits may vary by plan, device, region, backend availability, and App Store purchase status.
No Medical Advice
Northpath is a productivity and planning tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or an emergency service.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Northpath, attempt to bypass purchase or quota checks, interfere with the backend service, or use support channels for abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
Availability
Northpath features may depend on Apple services, iCloud, StoreKit, Screen Time APIs, device capabilities, network availability, AWS Bedrock, and backend infrastructure. Some features may be unavailable on unsupported devices or when required permissions are denied.
